On 06.06.2017 when the matter was called there was no representation for the petitioners, hence, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Despite listing the matter under the caption for dismissal none appear for the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners have no interest in prosecuting the case. Therefore, the civil revision petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the criminal petition, shall stand closed.
