Sri D.Jagan Mohan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw this Writ Petition reserving liberty to the petitioners to initiate measures to ascertain as to what adverse orders and letters have been issued and addressed by the revenue authorities to the registration authorities and to take remedial measures therafter.

Leave granted.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
