Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both the petitioners were promoted as wireman and, as such, the reliefs sought for by them in this petition have already been granted. Since the reliefs sought for by the petitioners have already been granted by the 1st respondent, and as it is reported that the 1st petitioner died on 02.04.2004 and the 2nd petitioner retired from service on 31.10.2013, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
