Today when this matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the main Maintenance Case in M.C.No.18 of 2014 was disposed of by the Court below and that therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in this Criminal Petition, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said Maintenance Case.

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
