Judgment:

This Appeal arises out of the judgment and decree, dated

03-04-2003, in OS.No.8 of 1998, on the file of the Court of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Pithapuram.

Mr.VVLN.Sarma, learned Counsel for the appellants, has addressed letter, dated 28-04-2015, to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court wherein he has stated that his clients have addressed letter, dated 27-04-2015, to him informing that they have settled the dispute out of the Court and that the appeal may be withdrawn. The learned Counsel has also enclosed a copy of the letter addressed by his clients.

In the light of the above, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the Appeal, interim order, dated 16-122003, is vacated and the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand disposed of as infructuous.
