Azeezia Educational Society v. The State Of Telangana
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION Nos.34344 and 38958 of 2015 COMMON ORDER:
When the matters are taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners had contended that the respondents have not granted affiliation to the petitioners for the academic year 2015-16 and this Court granted interim orders on 14.10.2015 and 01.12.2015 and in spite of the same, the respondents have not granted affiliation to the petitioners and the cause in the writ petitions does not survive for adjudication, as the academic year 2015-16 is over. Therefore, liberty may be given to the petitioners to challenge the action of the respondents, if they do not grant affiliation for the subsequent years.
In view of the above submission, these writ petitions are accordingly closed. However, the petitioners are given liberty to challenge the action of the respondents, if they do not grant affiliation for the subsequent years. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________ ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI, J 11.02.2021 Prv
