THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI RAGHVENDRA SINGH CHAUHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE B. VIJAYSEN REDDY WRIT PETITION Nos.6368, 6370, 6386, 6408 & 6412 of 2020 COMMON ORDER:

Mr. M.V. Krishna Mohan, the learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing for sometime, confined his arguments to the limited extent of seeking time for shifting the respective industrial units of the petitioners. He gives an undertaking before this Court that the petitioners will shift their respective industries immediately. But, for the purpose of shifting the industries, he seeks five months time.

However, this Court is not inclined to grant five months time for shifting of polluting industries.

Therefore, without going into the merits of the case, this Court grants the petitioners three months' time to shift their respective industrial units. During this period of three months, the petitioners shall not carry on their business. In case, the GHMC finds that the petitioners are indulging in carrying on their businesses, despite the prohibition placed by this Court, the GHMC shall be at liberty to seal the premises of the petitioners immediately.

With these directions, these writ petitions stand disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
