Sri Y. Ramatirtha, learned counsel for the petitioners - accused Nos.2 and 3, addressed a letter, dated 10.04.2017, to the Registrar (Judicial) requesting to place the matter before the Court, so as to seek permission for withdrawal of the Criminal Petition.
