Heard Mr.G.Sai Kishore holding for Mr.A.Chandra Shekar and Mr.S.Sridhar for petitioners, Mr.Avinash Desai and Mr.D.Ranganadha Kumar for respondents.

Having regard to subsequent developments taking place in the implementation of the order of this Court in W.P.No.37461 of 2012 dated 09.03.2017 and execution of registered sale deeds of respective flats in favour of petitioners herein, Mr.G.Sai Kishore and Mr.S.Sridhar representing the petitioners reports substantial compliance of the order of this Court.

Taking note of the compliance now reported by 2nd respondent, this Court does not propose to proceed with the Contempt Cases.

The Contempt Cases are closed accordingly. Notices issued in Form-I are discharged.
