This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ A.4 seeking to quash the proceeding in Crime No.222 of 2018 of Narsampet Police Station, Warangal District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323 & 506 of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

Heard both sides. Perused the record.

In the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that charge-sheet is filed in this case. Under these circumstances, the petitioner/ A.4 is granted liberty to agitate with regard to filing of the charge-sheet, in accordance with law. 4 .

With the above observation, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.
