HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDY AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.31315 of 2015 ORDER : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice R.Subhash Reddy) When the matter is called for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not secured admission into M.B.B.S. Course and has taken back the certificates pertaining to the qualifying examination for admission into the said course and, therefore, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.

2. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order granted by this Court on 23.09.2015 is vacated. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
