This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners seeking the following relief: " ... to declare the action of the respondents 2 to in not passing orders on petitioners representation, dated 15.2.2019, wherein the Petitioners 1 and 2 sought to consider petitioners request for opening of locks and permitting petitioners to run the godowns situated in Sy.Nos.48 and 49, 50/ A, 65, 66, 68 and 69 of Pudur Village, Gadwal Mandal, Jogulamba Gadwal District, forthwith which would generate employment to unemployed youth in the area; and in the meantime consider the proposal to allot the alleged encroached cart-track/ Government land to an extent of Ac.0-13 gts. in Sy.Nos.48 and 49 of Pudur Village, Gadwal Mandal, on payment of market value without prejudice to petitioners right and contention that it is private land and the godowns are constructed in private land, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents 2 to 4 to pass orders on petitioners representation dated 15.2.2019 ..."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents, and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has confined his submissions to the extent of disposing of the representation, dated 15.02.2019, of the petitioners given to respondent Nos.2
to 4. The said representation is with regard to the regularization of the encroachment, if any, made by the petitioners, in terms of the governing regulations, and for other reliefs. 4 .
There is no denial with regard to the petitioners submitting representation, dated 15.02.2019. Admittedly, no action is taken on the said representation.

Under these circumstances, respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to examine the representation, dated 15.02.2019, of the petitioners and dispose of the same in terms of the governing regulations, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________ Dr . SHAMEEM AKTHER, J May 01, 2019.
