Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the purpose of filing the appeal has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellants, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
