This revision, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/appellant, aggrieved by the order dated 08.02.2019 in I.A.No.985 of 2018 in C.M.A.No.65 of 2018 on the file of the XV Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-XV Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-II Additional Family Judge, Ranga Reddy District, Kukatpally.

Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent. Perused the record. Having elaborately argued the matter, learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that the Court below may be directed to dispose of C.M.A.No.65 of 2018 preferably within a period of two weeks.

Since the main CMA is pending before the Court below, it is not appropriate to pass any order on merits at this juncture. Therefore, the Court below is directed to dispose of CMA No.65 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
