When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side submits that in view of the interim order granted by this Court on 14.2.2012 in W.P.M.P.No.4794 of 2012, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Recording the said submission, the interim order granted on 14.2.2012 in W.P.M.P.No.4794 of 2012 is made absolute and the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
