Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Notice was served upon the respondent, but no one turned up. 2.
This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner-wife for transfer of H.M.O.P.No.34 of 2O21, filed by the respondent-husband for divorce, from Senior Civil Judge Court, Asifabad, to City Civil Court, Hyderabad. petitioner-Wife is residing in Hyderabad and she filed C.C.No.1 3OZ3 of 2O2O and also filed M.C.No. 145 of 2021 before the Judge, Family Court, Nampally, but the counsel for the petitioner stated that it was also transferred to the City Civil Court. petitioner-wife is having two female children. As she is already appearing before the Courts at City Civil Court, Hyderabad and aiso for the reason that divorce O.P is filed subsequent to filing of the above cases by the petitioner-wife, this Court feels it reasonable to transfer the said H.M.O.P.No.34 of 2O2l from the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Asifabad to City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 3.
Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed. No order as to costs.
