THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1523 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for respondents.

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order dated 29.01.2015 in WPMP.No.1727 of 2015 in WP.No.1311 of 2015.

3. This Court, by order dated 29.01.2015, directed the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners, if no one from the land losers quota was considered for appointment so far. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submitted that there is no quota for land losers and a speaking order was passed on 22.05.2015 rejecting the case of the petitioners.

In view of the same, no further orders need be passed in the present Contempt Case and it is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
