Since the Writ Petition relates to the service matter of the Armed Forces, the petitioner has to approach the Armed Forces Tribunal.

2. In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Armed Forces Tribunal for redressal of his grievance. There shall be no order as to costs.
