THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5326 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.1 to 5 in considering the request of respondent Nos.6 and 7 for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds pertaining to the subject land pending title dispute between the petitioner and respondent Nos.6 and 7.

As on today there is no order passed by the competent authority on the application filed by respondent Nos.6 and 7. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is premature and it is open to the petitioner to take necessary steps in accordance with law as and when an order is passed.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
