THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4724 OF 2014 P.C:

This Civil Revision Petition by the plaintiffs is filed against the following order, dated 17.11.2014.

"Issue fresh notice to R1 to R9 on same process on 29.12.2014" This order was passed on I.A.No.920 of 2014 in O.S.No.1537 of 2014 on the file of VII Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. I.A.No.920 of 2014 was filed for temporary injunction pending the hearing and final disposal of O.S.No.1537 of 2014. The grievance made by the petitioners is that the learned Judge is neither deciding I.A.No.920 of 2014 finally, nor is he considering the same for granting ad interim injunction. This cannot be a ground for entertaining the Civil Revision Petition against the order, dated 17.11.2014. Accordingly, I dispose of the C.R.P. with the observation that the Court below shall decide I.A.No.920 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, and shall also consider the prayer for a d interim injunction, pending the hearing of the said application. It is made clear that this Court has not examined merits of the case. With these observations, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petitions filed in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand disposed of.
