This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ A.1 to A.3 to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.3015 of 2018 on the file of XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, by recording the compromise. 2.

Heard both sides. Perused the record.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the parties have compromised the dispute relating to the offence punishable under Section 498-A of IPC.

The offence committed by the petitioners/ A.1 to A.3 is a compoundable before the trial Court or Lok Adalat, as the case may be.

5.

Under these circumstances, the parties are entitled to compound the offence before the trial Court as per the procedure established under law.

6.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
