THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.118 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.1837 of 2014 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, and transfer the same to the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Miryalaguda.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition. She further submitted that the presence of the petitioner before the Family Court, at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, may be dispensed with on each and every date of adjournment. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The presence of the petitioner in connection with F.C.O.P.No.1837 of 2014 before the Judge, Family Court, at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, is dispensed with on each and every date of adjournment. However, she shall appear before the trial Court whenever her presence is so required.
