Learned Public Prosecutor has placed before this Court letter dated 21.12.2017 addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Khammam Rural P.S., Khammam district and submitted that the petitioners/accused 19, 20 and 24 herein along with all other accused were acquitted vide orders dated 12.8.2013 in the subject PRC.75 of 2007 which was subsequently converted as CC.No.445 of 2010.

Therefore, no cause would survive in the present Criminal Petition and accordingly, Criminal Petition is closed, and the letter dated 21.12.2017 is placed on record.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
