Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondents.
2. The petitioner was appointed as a temporary fair price shop dealer of shop No.1281021, Dharmavaram Town, Anantapur District. The petitioner submitted a representation on 10.03.2014 to the third respondent to consider her candidature for appointment of fair price shop dealer on permanent basis on compassionate grounds in terms of G.O.Ms.No.4, dated 28.02.2014 and when the same is not considered, the petitioner filed W.P.No.22071 of 2014. This Court disposed of the same by order dated 06.08.2014 directing the second respondent therein to supply the stock to the petitioner so long as her appointment is in force and also to dispose of the representation of the petitioner. Thereafter, stock was supplied to the petitioner till May, 2015. When the respondents have stopped the supply of essential commodities even though her authorization is in subsistence, the present Writ Petition is filed.

In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to release stock to the petitioner so long as her authorization is in force. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
