Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not allotting the petitioner to Jangaon District and posting the petitioner as School Assistant (PD) on the basis of seniority, the present Writ Petition is fiIed.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned II Government Pleader for School Education appearing on behalf of respondents No.l to 5 has placed on record a copy of the proceedings uide Merno No. Spl/ Secretary Peshr/2O2L-552, dated N11.O7.2022, and submitted that in compliance of the interim order passed by this Court on 22.02.2022, the respondents have disposed of the appeaJ filed by the petitioner by duly rejecting his case.

3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought liberty to challenge the proceedings dated Ni1.o7.2022.
