2. Petitioner alleges that in spite of his complaint, dated 10.02.2015, respondent No.3 is neither registering the crime nor taking up investigation.

3. Instructions of the learned government pleader show that on petitioner's aforesaid complaint, he was given receipt No.39 of 2015 on 22.02.2015 and after examining the complaint, he was advised to approach competent civil court. It is also stated that petitioner filed a report before Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Rajam, and on the basis of the directions of the court, a case in crime No.43 of 2015 was already registered on 13.03.2015 and investigation is taken up.

4. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to conduct investigation expeditiously in accordance with law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
