ORDER

Even after issuance of notice to the respondents, none of the respondents filed counter-affidavit.

In view of sufficient time granted to the respondents for filing counter-affidavit and keeping in view of nature of the relief sought, the writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage. It appears that one Abdul Kuddus alienated 57.77 square yards in Sy.No.58/2 of Ramakuppam Village in favour of husband of the petitioner under registered document No.1796/2008, dated 10.07.2008. Thereafter, the husband of the petitioner gifted the said property in favour of the petitioner vide registered document No.4408 of 2015, dated 2.11.2015. Since then, the petitioner claims to be in possession of the said property. She made a representation dated 11.01.2016 to the 3rd respondent for permission to construct room along with godown. When no orders were passed thereon, the present writ petition is filed.

As stated above, no counter-affidavit is filed and if the representation of the petitioner dated 11.01.2016 is pending before the 3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ___________________________________ JUSTICE A.
