This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 05.06.2015 passed in E.P.No.338 of 2013 in O.S.No.480 of 2006 on the file of the Court of III Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of appropriate petition before the Executing Court.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
