OFFICE NOTE LK,J I.A.No.1 of 2021 This application is filed seeking relaxation 24.01.2022 of condition imposed by this Court.

This Court by order dated 26.05.2020 while granting bail to the petitioners imposed condition that they shall appear before the respondent authorities, on every Saturday between 10.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. until further orders.

On 07.01.2022 when this matter came up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the respondent and the matter was directed to be posted today. Today also none appeared on behalf of respondent.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that ever since from the date of release, petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and in view of prevelance of covid-19, petitioners are facing hardship to attend before the police on every Saturday, as such the said condition may be relaxed.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor also does not dispute the fact that petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition (iv) imposed by this Court is relaxed. However, it is made clear that the petitioners shall appear before the police, whenever his presence is required. Police shall give advance notice to the accused.
