It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pending the writ petition the Deputy Commissioner, Endowments, Guntur passed an order dated 01.05.2010 in O.A.No.6/2008 declaring the petitioner as Member from the Founder's Family of Sri Bhunela Padmavathi Alamelu Manga Sameetha Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy Devastanam temple, Narasaraopet town, Guntur District and in view of the said development, writ petition can be closed by recording the same. In view of the above, writ petition is closed by placing on record the above said development. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
