CVNR,J & MSKJ,J WP.16376 of 2016 THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY & THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.S.K.JAI SWAL WRI T PETI TI ON No.16376 of 2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed by the wife of one Mohd.Habeeb (for short, "the detenu") to quash G.O.Rt.No.1007, dated 06.05.2016, confirming the detention order of the detenu, and also for issue of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the detenu. At the hearing, Sri V.H.V.R.R.Swamy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that in pursuance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.7811/2016 and batch, the detenu was released, and that therefore, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication. In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
