THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 6396 OF 2017 O R D E R :

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent Assistant Commissioner of Endowments, Nalgonda to permit the petitioner to conduct Mahasivarathri celebrations and Kalyanotsavam at the 4th respondent temple by taking into consideration the representation submitted by him on 18.02.2017. Since Mahasivarathri festival is already over on 24.02.2017, no orders need be passed in this Writ Petition, hence, it is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
