26.03.2026 I.A.No.1 OF 2026 This application is filed praying this Court to relax the condition No.2 in para 6 of the common order dated 03.03.2026 passed in Crl.P.Nos.2663 and 2664 of 2026 which reads as under:

"The petitioners/A-12 and A-13 shall appear before the concerned SHO between 09:00 a.m, and 05:00 p.m., on every Wednesday for a period of eight (8) weeks, for the purpose of investigation or till filing of charge sheet whichever is earlier and thereafter, as and when required."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner/Accused No.12 is appearing before the Investigating Officer as ordered by this Court. Therefore, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner/Accused No.12 in Crl.P.No.2663 of 2026 dated 03.03.2026, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner/Accused No.12 is directed to appear before the Station House Officer, Ramakrishnapur Police Station, Mancherial District, as and when required. All other conditions shall remain unaltered. Accordingly, this application is ordered.
