This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in trying to secure 10 security guards through 3rd respondent from freshers by proceedings No.CWC/HYD/I-Security(Vizag) Admn., dated 04.07.2002 of the 2nd respondent, instead of continuing them as security guards at the office of the 1st respondent till their services are regularized in view of the perennial nature of work at 1st and 2nd respondents establishment as illegal and arbitrary.

Though the writ petition was admitted on 13.08.2002, no interim order was granted in favour of the petitioners.

By efflux of time, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 01.10.2015.
