SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1901 of 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking for modification of the condition imposed by this Court in Criminal M.P.No.220 of 2018 in Criminal Appeal No. 49/2018 dated 31.01.2018 to the extent of the direction given to the petitioner to deposit half of the cheque amount on or before 27.02.2018.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact the petitioner did not issue the cheque and that it was stolen from his house and he also gave a report in the Police Station in that regard. 3.

Considering the above fact, this court is inclined to modify the said order. The petitioner is directed to deposit 10% of the cheque amount instead of half of the cheque amount.

Accordingly, with the above direction, the Criminal Petition is allowed.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
