The writ petitioners filed I.A.No.3 of 2018 seeking leave to withdraw the writ petition granting liberty to them to file a fresh writ petition in accordance with the due procedure. Ms. J. Sunitha, learned counsel representing Mr. Srinivas Basava, learned counsel for the petitioners, reiterates this request in person.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
