HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.5 2 6 3 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that after the investigation, the 4th respondent submitted a requisition to the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Rajampet, through the proper channel for according permission for referring the crime as civil in nature and the SubDivisional Police Officer, Rajampet, accorded permission vide proceedings RC.No.10/ SDPO-RJPT/ 18, dated 04.02.2018 and after receipt of the Orders, the writ petitioner was served with a notice on 26.02.2018 and the police filed a final report before the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Railway Koduru.
In view of the above developments, no relief in the present Writ Petition can be granted to the writ petitioner. However, it is open to the petitioner herein to avail the remedies available to him.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
