OFFI CE NOTE 15.04.2026 JSR,J I.A.No.3 of 2026 This application is filed to correct the 'C.C. No.254 of 2023' as 'C.C.No.31 of 2024' in para No.6 of the order dated 09.03.2026 passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.2642 of 2026.

Heard Mr.A.Yudhaveer Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that in the order dated 09.03.2026 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.2642 of 2026, C.C. number was wrongly mentioned as 'C.C.No.254 of 2023' instead of 'C.C.No.31 of 2024', in para No.6. Unless the same is rectified, the petitioner will be put to great hardship.

Taking into consideration the above said submissions and in view of the reasons assigned in this application, I.A. No.3 of 2026 is ordered. Registry is directed to correct the C.C.

number as 'C.C. No.31 of 2024' in place of 'C.C.No.254 of 2023' in para No.6 of the said order and issue fresh corrected order.
