THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 13702 OF 2015 O R D E R:

The petitioner herein appears to have filed an Appeal before the State Government in its School Education Department, on 29.06.2010 against the orders passed by the Commissioner and Director of School Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh on 21.05.2010. It is claimed that the 1st respondent has not dealt with the said Appeal.

Nearly five years' time has elapsed from the date the Appeal was submitted by the petitioner on 29.06.2010. Therefore, it is only appropriate to direct Respondents 1 and 2 to deal with the said Appeal in accordance with law, duly keeping in view the orders passed by the State Government in somewhat similar circumstances and pass appropriate orders within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This order has been passed after hearing learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education (Telangana) instead of confining the Writ Petition to the docket of this Court any further, as no useful purpose would be served in that regard.
