HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.5242 of 2018 Order:

In spite of granting ten days time, learned Government Pleader did not get any instructions. Hence, this Court is constrained to dispose of the Writ Petition on the basis of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition.

The petitioner states that he and his brothers are the absolute owners and possessors of the agricultural land admeasuring Ac.0-39 gts., in Survey No.22/A, Ac.2-00 gts., in Survey No.26/A, Ac.0-15 gts., in Survey No.27/A, Ac.0-01 gts., in Survey No.28/A, Ac.0-03 gts., in Survey No.29/A, Ac.0.08 gts., in Survey No.67/A, Ac.0.04 gts., in Survey No.69/A and Ac.0.17 gts., in Survey No.70/A, totally admeasuring Ac.4-07 gts., situated at Kongar Kalan village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. When their adjacent land owners are developing the lands and trying to sell the plots without proper identification of the boundaries, the petitioners made an application for conducting survey of the said lands and, accordingly, the fourth respondent issued a notice dated 08.01.2018 stating that the survey would be conducted on 11.01.2018. But, when the survey was not conducted on the said date, the present Writ Petition is filed.

In the circumstances, the fourth respondent is directed to conduct survey of the lands of the petitioners as per the circulars issued by the Government from time to time within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
