HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.924 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/A-4 to grant anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.61 of of Nagalapuram Police Station, Chittoor District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 468, 471, 420, 109, 120-B, 473 read with Section 34 IPC.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner requested the Court to permit the petitioner to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Satyaveedu, Chittor district and file an application for grant of bail.

Acceding to the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, without touching the merits of the case, I deem it appropriate to permit the petitioner to surrender himself before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Satyaveedu, Chittor district and move an application for grant bail, in which event, the learned Magistrate is directed to consider the application on the same day after serving notice to the Public Prosecutor.

With the above direction, the criminal petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
