Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is accorded without right to file fresh writ petition, but for making a representation to the authorities by producing any proof as to the entitlement for the so-called correction of the survey numbers of the license.

Accordingly and with the above observation, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
