This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent Municipality threatening to demolish the petitioners' structures at Main Bazaar, Kalyandurg, Anantapuram District, without following due process of law as illegal and arbitrary.

It is stated by Sri Maheswara Rao Kuncheam, learned Counsel for the petitioners that in similar circumstances, this Court, by order dated 06.03.2015 disposed of W.P.No.5581 of 2015 and same is not disputed by Sri Md.Saleem, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent Municipality. For the reasons alike in the order dated 06.03.2015 in W.P.No.5581 of 2015, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order. There shall be no order as to costs.
