THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No. 4874 of 2006 ORDER:

It is the case of the petitioners that they have filed representations on 27.10.2001 and also on 5.3.2003 before the respondents seeking to furnish the certified copies of relevant documents for their reference. Since the respondents have not furnished the copies, they have filed this writ petition.

The respondents filed counter-affidavit wherein it is categorically stated that the representations/applications were not filed by the petitioners and the same were not found in their Office record. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate application before the concerned authorities and the same shall be considered by the respondents and appropriate action shall be taken upon the application in accordance with law.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
