HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.2126 of 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "It is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the inaction of the 3rd respondent in taking action against the respondent No.3 herein in spite of the written complaint dt.07.11.2016 followed by repeated visits, as being illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to act upon the complaint dt.07.11.2016 and take action against the 4th respondent in accordance with law and provide protection to the petitioner, and to grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."
Learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of written instructions, submits that, pursuant to the complaint dated 09.11.2016 of the petitioner herein, a case was registered in Cr.No.19 of 2017 on 25.01.2017 on the file of Gollaprolu P.S., for the offences under Sections 509, 323, 427 and 506 IPC and investigation is under progress. In view of the same, no further orders need be passed in this writ petition and the same is accordingly closed.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
