HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.Nos.29093 of 2015, 10733, 23635 and 24387 of 2014 COMMON ORDER:

Since the subject of these writ petitions is one and same, they are heard together and disposed of by this Common order. These writ petitions are filed declaring the notice issued by the 3rd respondent at the instance of 2nd respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the lis in these writ petitions is covered by order dated 21.07.2015 in W.P.No.22056 of 2012 and batch and the same is not disputed by Sri T. Balaswamy, learned Standing counsel for respondent-Corporation. However, the learned Standing counsel for respondents submits that the Corporation is intending to file an appeal against the order dated 21.07.2015 in W.P.No.22056 of 2012 and batch.

Since, the issue involved in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the above order, for the reasons alike in the above writ petition, these writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the said order. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
