VIJAYSEN REDDY WRIT PETITION No.6186 oB 2024 ORDER: (ORAL) This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not considering his Dharani application No.2400003317 dated 02.02.2024 for issuance of e-pattadar passbook in respect of his land admeasuring Acs.l-2O guntas in Survey No.l l/B situated at Mothkur Village and Mandal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, as being illegal and arbitrary. 2.
Heard Mr. Laxmaiah Kanchani, Ieamed Counsel for the petitioner; learned Assistant Govemment Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, and perused the material on record. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner .submitted that petitioner is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Acs.4-00 guntas in Survey No.l l/B situated at Mothkur Village and Mandal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, having purchased the same under registered sale deed bearing document No.685 of 1983 dated 23.06.1983. An extent of land admeasuring Acs.2-20 guntas was sold by petitioner to third parties and he was left with Acs.1-20
:r+ guntas in Survey No.lllB. According to petitioner, the extent ot: Acs. l-20 guntas is not updated in the Dharani portal and the same: is missing. Petitioner made a representation dated 12.01.2024 for issuance ofe-pattadar passbook in respect ofthe subject land, bur. the same is not acted upon. That on being advised, petitioner. submitted online application No.2400003317 dated 02.02.2024 for issuance of e-pattadar passbook in respect of the subject land. However, respondent authorities are not processing petitioner,s application, as such, he is constrained to approach this Court. 4.
Learned Assistant Govemment pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents has submitted that appropriate action will be taken on the Dharani application of the petitioner, in accordance with law.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the leamed Assistant Govemment Pleader for Revenue, without going into the merits of' the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider petitioner's Dharani application No.2400003317 dated,02.02.2024 for issuance of e-pattadar passbook in respect of his land admeasuring Acs.l-20 guntas in Survey No. I l/B situated
at Mothkur Village and Mandal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, by issuing notice to all concemed,/interested persons, and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of forty five (45) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed. SD/.C.
