Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home.

In this writ petition, petitioner is aggrieved by inaction in completing the investigation and filing of final report. 3.
On elaborate consideration of the issue and having regard to the law laid down by the Supreme Court and view expressed by other High Courts in the judgment dated 08.03.2019 in W.P.No.38397 of 2018 and batch, this Court held that petitioner has to avail statutorily engrafted remedies available to him on issue of not completing the investigation and filing of charge sheet and cannot directly invoke the jurisdiction of this Court without availing statutorily engrafted remedies. 4.
Having regard to the view taken by this Court in W.P.Nos.38397 of 2018 and batch, dated 08.03.2019, this writ petition is also not maintainable and it is accordingly dismissed. It is made clear that there is no opinion expressed on delay in investigation. Petitioner is at liberty to avail statutory remedies ventilating his grievances against delay in taking up investigation and filing final report. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
