During hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner represented that E.P.No.82 of 2010 pending on the file of Executing Court i.e., V Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, was dismissed for default and therefore, the cause in this petition does not survive for adjudication.

Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed.
