Heard Sri M. Karuna Sagar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N. Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

Despite service of notice, none appeared for the respondent No.4.

A perusal of the material available before this Court discloses that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, he submitted representations dt. 18.04.2016 and 16.05.2018 to respondent No.3.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that despite lapse of considerable time, no action has been taken on the representations submitted by the petitioner. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation that if any representations are pending for consideration, the respondent authorities would verify the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

Recording the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.3 to verify the representations dt.

18.04.2016 and 16.05.2018 stated to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and take

appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
